CODE OF VIRGINIA

REFERENCES TO JUSTICES OF THE PEACE (§ 19.2-32)

References in law to justices of the peace shall be deemed to apply to
magistrates unless the provisions of Chapter 3 (§ 19.2-26 et seq.) of this
title shall render such reference inapplicable.
