CODE OF VIRGINIA

WHERE AND IN WHAT COURT PROCEEDING TO BE (§ 19.2-342)

In a proceeding under § 19.2-341, such warrant, presentment, indictment or
information shall be in the county or city wherein the offense was committed or
the delinquency occurred.
