CODE OF VIRGINIA

WRIT OF ERROR AND SUPERSEDEAS (§ 19.2-386.13)

For the purpose of review on a writ of error or supersedeas, a final judgment or
order in the cause shall be deemed a final judgment or order within the meaning
of subsection A of § 8.01-670.
