CODE OF VIRGINIA

DISPOSITION OF FUNDS (§ 19.2-47.1)

All funds paid to and collected by or on behalf of a magistrate shall be paid
promptly to the appropriate district court clerk, circuit court clerk,
commissioner in chancery, department of the Commonwealth, federal agency or as
otherwise authorized by statute.
