COPY OF PROCESS TO BE LEFT WITH ACCUSED; EXCEPTION (§ 19.2-75)

Except as provided in § 46.2-936, any process issued against a person charged
with a criminal offense shall be in duplicate and the officer serving such
process shall leave a copy with the person charged.
