CODE OF VIRGINIA

LOCATION, CONSTRUCTION OR LEASE OF STATE CONSOLIDATED OFFICE BUILDINGS (§
2.2-1137)

The Department shall be responsible for the location and construction or lease
of state consolidated office buildings at the seat of government and throughout
the Commonwealth for joint use by state agencies, departments and institutions.
