FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES; WHAT BUILDINGS TO BE
CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS (§ 2.2-1160)

Every building or facility designed, constructed or substantially altered after
the effective date of a standard issued under subsection B of § 2.2-1159, which
is applicable to such building shall be designed, constructed or altered in
accordance with such standard.
