CODE OF VIRGINIA

DEPOSITS IN BANKS AND SAVINGS INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATED AS STATE DEPOSITORIES (§
2.2-1813)

Moneys to be paid into the state treasury shall be deposited in the banks and
savings institutions designated as state depositories by the State Treasurer.
