SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY (§ 2.2-1842)

Although the provisions of this article are subject to those of Article 18.1 (§
8.01-195.1 et seq.) of Chapter 3 of Title 8.01, nothing in this article shall be
deemed an additional expressed or implied waiver of the Commonwealth’s
sovereign immunity.
