PAYMENT OF EXPENSES OF OFFICE (§ 2.2-202)

The expenses of the offices of the Governor’s Secretaries shall be paid
from funds provided for the purpose by law; however, in addition, the Governor
may supplement such funds from appropriations made to his office for the
executive control of the Commonwealth or for discretionary purposes.
