ADDITIONAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CIO (§ 2.2-2029)

The CIO shall have the power and duty, on the recommendation of the Coordinator,
to (i) receive and disburse funds; (ii) enter into contracts for the purpose of
carrying out the provisions of this article; and (iii) rent office space and
procure equipment, goods, and services that are necessary to carry out the
provisions of this article.
