CODE OF VIRGINIA

ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE REPORT (§ 2.2-207)

Within sixty days prior to the beginning of each regular legislative session,
the Secretary and the Secretary of Education shall jointly present a report to
the General Assembly summarizing private sector and education partnership
programs and recommendations to promote efficiency and growth in business and
education partnerships.
