CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPROPRIATIONS BY ANY GOVERNMENT (§ 2.2-2216)

Any government may make appropriations for the acquisition, construction,
improvement, maintenance or operation of any project acquired, constructed,
improved, maintained or operated by the Authority.
