A. This article may be cited as the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Authority Act of 2009, as amended.”

B. As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:”Project” shall mean the construction, improvement, furnishing, maintenance, acquisition or operation of any facility or the provision for or funding of any activity that will further the purposes described in § 2.2-2219.
