CODE OF VIRGINIA

SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY (§ 2.2-2326)

No provisions of this article nor act of the Authority, including the
procurement of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a waiver of any
sovereign immunity to which the Authority or its directors, officers, employees,
or agents are otherwise entitled.
