CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EXPIRES JULY 1, 2019) POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE COMMISSION (§ 2.2-2527)

The Commission shall have the following powers and duties:

   1.  To monitor the implementation of state and federal laws pertaining to
   community integration of Virginians with disabilities; and

   2.  To make appropriate recommendations to the Governor concerning community
   integration of Virginians with disabilities.
