VIETNAM HUMAN RIGHTS DAY (§ 2.2-3310.3)

The 11th day of May of each year shall be designated and recognized as Vietnam
Human Rights Day in support of efforts by the Non-Violent Movement for Human
Rights in Vietnam to achieve freedom and human rights for the people of Vietnam.
