CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIRGINIA DRUG FREE DAY (§ 2.2-3313)

The Saturday of the last week in October of each year shall be designated and
known as “Virginia Drug Free Day” to recognize and support education
about the dangers of drug abuse, the penalties for drug crimes, the availability
of substance abuse programs, and the need to eradicate drug abuse in
Virginia’s communities.
