EX OFFICIO SECRETARY TO GOVERNOR; IN CHARGE OF DIVISION OF RECORDS (§ 2.2-401)

The Secretary of the Commonwealth, who shall be ex officio Secretary to the
Governor, shall be in direct charge of the division of records.
