CODE OF VIRGINIA RETENTION OF RECORDS BY A LOBBYIST OR LOBBYIST’S PRINCIPAL (§ 2.2-429) A lobbyist and a lobbyist’s principal shall preserve for a period of two years all accounts, bills, books, papers, receipts, and other documents and records necessary to substantiate the expenditure reports submitted under this article.
