executive summaries","history":"2015, cc. 275, 292.","full_text":"A The Chief Workforce Development Advisor, the Commissioner of the Virginia Employment Commission, and the Chancellor of the Virginia Community College System shall enter into a memorandum of understanding that sets forth (i) the roles and responsibilities of each of these entities in administering a state workforce system and facilitating regional workforce systems that are business-driven, aligned with current and reliable labor market data, and targeted at providing participants with workforce credentials that have demonstrated value to employers and job seekers;
