CHIEF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (§ 2.2-435.6)

A. The Governor shall serve as Chief Workforce Development Officer for the
Commonwealth.

B. The Governor may appoint a Chief Workforce Development Advisor who shall be
responsible for the duties assigned to him pursuant to this chapter and Article
24 (§ 2.2-2470 et seq.) of Chapter 24 or other tasks as may be assigned to him
by the Governor.
