PROVISION OF STATE SERVICES TO DELINQUENT DEBTORS (§ 2.2-4808)

Each state agency and institution shall develop internal policies and
procedures, in accordance with accounts receivable policies of the Department of
Accounts and the Attorney General, for delaying or withholding certain state
services to those persons who refuse to pay their debts.
