CODE OF VIRGINIA

LOCAL PARTICIPATION (§ 2.2-5405)

Each community action agency shall consult neighborhood-based organizations
composed of residents of the area it serves or members of the groups to be
served to assist the agency in planning, conducting and evaluating components of
the community action agency.
