FURNISHING COPIES OF DOCUMENTS AT NO COST TO LAW-ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS (§
2.2-610)

All agencies and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth shall provide, at no
cost, copies of documents requested by the Department of State Police or other
law-enforcement officers as part of an active criminal
investigation.”Law-enforcement officer” means the same as that term
is defined in § 9.1-101.
