CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIRGINIA LAW TO CONTROL (§ 20-157)

The provisions of this chapter shall control, without exception, in any action
brought in the courts of this Commonwealth to enforce or adjudicate any rights
or responsibilities arising under this chapter.
