This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Payment Of Fines And Costs On Installment Basis, Etc.” It is part of Title 19.2, titled “Criminal Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 21, titled “Recovery Of Fines And Penalties.” It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

Authority of court to order payment of fine, costs, forfeitures, penalties or restitution in installments or upon other terms and conditions; community work in lieu of payment
