This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Relief From Fines And Penalties.” It is part of Title 19.2, titled “Criminal Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 21, titled “Recovery Of Fines And Penalties.” It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
