Occupation Of Streets And Roads

This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Occupation Of Streets And Roads.” It is part of Title 56, titled “Public Service Companies.” It is part of Chapter 1, titled “General Provisions.” It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.

§ 56-14

Streets, etc., of city or town not to be occupied without its consent; compensation

§ 56-15

Permits to place poles, wires, etc., in roads and streets in certain counties; charge therefor
