This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Pests.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Tree and Crop Pests”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Protection and Promotion of Agriculture”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”. It contains 14 laws.
