This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Tenant Obligations.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act”, which is part of Subtitle III “Rental Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 7 laws.
