ALLOCATION OF COUNTY FUNDS TO SANITARY DISTRICTS (§ 21-134.01)

The governing body of any county may advance funds, not otherwise specifically
allocated or obligated, from the general fund to a sanitary district to assist
the sanitary district to initiate the project for which it was created.
