VALIDATION OF ADVANCES TO SANITARY DISTRICT (§ 21-134.2)

The advancement of any funds heretofore advanced from the general fund by the
board of supervisors of any county in this Commonwealth for the benefit of a
sanitary district in effectuating a project lawful for such sanitary district is
hereby validated and confirmed.
