CODE OF VIRGINIA

RELIEF FROM POLLUTION TO BE PURPOSE OF COMMISSION (§ 21-249)

The purposes of every commission shall be the relief of the waters of the
district from pollution and the consequent improvement of conditions affecting
the public health.
