CODE OF VIRGINIA

PLACE OF SALE WHEN LAND LIES IN MORE THAN ONE COUNTY (§ 21-378)

If the land upon which assessments are delinquent lies in more than one county,
the treasurer of each county shall sell the portion lying therein.
