CODE OF VIRGINIA

SALE AND COLLECTION ACCORDING TO GENERAL LAW (§ 21-386)

The sale of lands for failure to pay such assessments, and the collection of
such assessments, except as herein provided, shall be in accordance with general
law as to the collection of state and county taxes.
