SCHOOL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM ESTABLISHED (§ 22.1-138.1)

In compliance with the provisions of the appropriation act relating to the
maintenance supplement program and with such funds as are appropriated for such
purpose, each school board shall establish a program for ongoing school
maintenance needs.
