CODE OF VIRGINIA

VACATION SCHOOLS AND SUMMER CAMPS OPERATED BY BOARD OR DEPARTMENT (§ 22.1-212)

Any vacation school or summer camp operated by the Board of Education or the
State Department of Education shall be made available to persons of school age
within the Commonwealth on a nondiscriminatory basis regardless of whether they
attend public or private schools during the regular school year.
