CODE OF VIRGINIA

OATH OF OFFICE (§ 22.1-22)

Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Superintendent of Public
Instruction shall take and subscribe the oath prescribed for an officer of this
Commonwealth as provided in Chapter 1 (§ 49-1 et seq.) of Title 49.
