CODE OF VIRGINIA

OATH (§ 22.1-31)

Before entering upon the duties of office, each person appointed to a school
board shall take and subscribe the oath prescribed for an officer of this
Commonwealth as provided in Chapter 1 (§ 49-1 et seq.) of Title 49.
