CODE OF VIRGINIA

LICENSE RESTRICTED TO SPECIFIC DISABILITY CATEGORIES; SUPPLEMENTARY APPLICATION
(§ 22.1-326)

A school may offer education programs serving the disability categories
specifically indicated on its license only. A supplementary application for
additional programs of instruction or disability categories may be submitted in
such form as the Board may prescribe.
