CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIOLATIONS (§ 22.1-331)

Any person who opens, operates or conducts any school without a license required
by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day such person
permits the school to be open and operate without such a license shall
constitute a separate offense.
