CODE OF VIRGINIA

EDUCATION COMMISSION TO FILE BYLAWS WITH STATE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION (§
22.1-338)

Pursuant to paragraph I of Article III of the compact for education set forth in
§ 22.1-336, the Education Commission of the States shall file a copy of its
bylaws and amendments thereto with the State Council of Higher Education for
Virginia.
