CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICATION OF ARTICLE (§ 22.1-34)

The school board in each county constituting a school division, except a county
to which the provisions of §§ 15.2-410, 15.2-531, 15.2-627, 15.2-837 or §
22.1-44 are applicable, shall be selected as provided in this article.
