(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) DECISION OF THE BOARD FINAL (§ 22.1-349.7)

The decision of the Board to grant or deny a college partnership laboratory
school application or to revoke or fail to renew an agreement is final and is
not subject to appeal.
