CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ANNUAL REPORTS REQUIRED OF BOARDS OF
VISITORS (§ 23-1.01)

The board of visitors of each institution of higher education shall submit the
annual financial statements for the year ending the preceding June 30 and the
accounts and status of any ongoing capital projects to the Auditor of Public
Accounts for the audit of such statements pursuant to § 30-133.
