CODE OF VIRGINIA (REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ADMISSION OF STATE CADETS (§ 23-105) The board shall admit annually as state cadets upon evidence of fair moral character, sufficient young men and women selected from the Commonwealth at large, who shall be not less than sixteen nor more than twenty-five years of age.
