CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) ADMISSION OF MILITARY SCHOLARSHIP CADETS
(§ 23-107.1)

The board shall admit annually as military scholarship cadets, up to 40 young
men and women, who shall be not less than 16 nor more than 25 years of age. The
board shall provide financial assistance for tuition, fees, room and board
entirely from federal funds, Virginia National Guard funds, or private gifts.
The federal funds, Virginia National Guard funds, or private gifts shall have no
matching requirement.
