(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) CADETS A MILITARY CORPS; ARSENAL (§
23-109)

The cadets shall be a military corps under the command of the superintendent,
and constitute the guard of the Institute.The arsenal and all its grounds and
buildings shall be considered as belonging to the Institute, and the board shall
cause the same and all the arms and other property therein, or belonging
thereto, to be guarded and preserved.
