CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) SUPPLY OF WATER (§ 23-113)

To enable the Institute to procure a supply of water, it shall have authority to
proceed under the provisions of Title 25.1 to acquire such springs, lands, and
rights-of-way as may be necessary.
